By accessing or purchasing from Simply Implants™ (“SI,” “we,” “our,” “us”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

1.2 Eligibility

• Ordering privileges are restricted to licensed dentists who have completed Simply Implants Institute (“SII”) Core 1 or higher.
• Intro Course graduates and the general public are not eligible.
• You must create an account and protect your password. You are responsible for all activity under your login.

1.3 Professional Use Only

• All implants, biologics, and surgical tools are regulated medical devices intended for use by qualified dental professionals.
• You warrant that you are properly licensed and trained to purchase and use these products.

1.4 Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed after secure login and may change without notice.
• Payment is due in full at checkout by the methods offered on the site.
• Sales tax and shipping charges, if applicable, are added at checkout.

1.5 Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the United States to verified practice addresses.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but dates are not guaranteed. Delays outside our control do not constitute breach of contract.

1.6 No Returns – No Refunds

All trademarks, product names, course materials, text, graphics, and code on this site are the property of SI or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
